arDrone – GoPro HD at Griffith Park in Los Angeles

AR.Drone – user upload (video summary)

This video has been uploaded to by user bophoto. Here is a summary of the video in their own words:

Having fun flying my arDrone with a GoPro at Griffith park. Camera mounted several ways, mostly by extending the velcro strap to hold both battery and camera, camera facing backwards mostly. and laying down on the battery, also attached with the velcro strap. in some of the shots I had modified the hull by cutting a little off the rear so the hull would not apear in the image, props still appear. I experimented with a stick mounted camera, which really absorbed the vibrations and got rid of the propellers, but introduced a rocker motion -see the last 3 frames for that. Edited in iMovie, not really a expert job, and Im kind of feeling some of the resolution got lost. Generously supported by the hostel in Los Angeles.
